6. Client Responsibilities

For color, extension, and chemical services, proper home care is required for best results. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect home maintenance, nonprofessional products, or services performed elsewhere.
7. Payment and Refunds
All payments for services and retail products are final. Due to the nature of professional salon services, we do not offer refunds. If you have concerns about a service, please contact us within 72 hours so we can schedule an adjustment if appropriate. Adjustments are at the discretion of management and must be for the original service performed.
8. Gift Cards and Credits
Gift cards and service credits are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may not be replaced if lost or stolen. Expiration dates may apply depending on state requirements.
9. Retail Products
All retail product sales are final. For any manufacturer defects, please contact us and we will assist you based on the brand’s warranty or replacement policy.
